The Jodon HNT laser system’s rugged internal construction and totally sealed cast aluminum housing are specifically designed for easy installation and low maintenance in typical industrial applications.
A unique HNT feature is the ability to aim the output beam after the unit has been permanently mounted. This reduces the time required to position the beam to a few seconds.
With the HNT series, Jodon offers both the inherent advantages of the laser over photoelectric systems and a design whose construction and installation features ensures easy setup, simple operation, and unprecedented reliability.
The totally sealed NEMA 12 enclosure is tolerantof shock, vibration, moisture, oil vapor, and temperature extremes. The cast aluminum housing contributes to excellent beam pointing stability,and reduces to a minimum any operational degradation caused by harsh environmental influences. The HNT also features a removable cover window which allows for easy maintenance of the optics. The integral switcher-type power supply is encapsulated for maximum durability and protection against electrical shorting, and the laser tube is a state-of-the-art “hard seal†coaxial type, mounted in the enclosure using a technique that establishes position while producing exceptional resistance to mechanical shock.
