CFC-201 Convolution/Fin Counter
The CFC-201 is the latest in a series of instruments designed by Jodon to meet the ever-increasing demands for product quality by the heat exchanger industry. It has been designed to greatly increase the accuracy of performing tedious specification confirmation counts, while spending a fraction of the time in the process. The CFC-201 Convolution/Fin Counter is a hand-held, battery-powered instrument used for precisely counting long columns of louvered convolutions or cooling fins.
TC-3A Tube Cutting System
The Tube Cutting System is intended as an ancillary device for the Tube Profiling System, Model TPS-2000. Use of the optional TC-3A system provides a very clean cut of the sample, with no further end processing (e.g., EDM or polishing) necessary before it can be used in the TPS-2000 macro imaging subsystem.
As the users of the LAC-2000 system know, the system requires a fixture set for each size and variation of louvered fin that is tested. Each fixture set consists of a specially designed holder and a calibration block. As you continue to design new fin types, we are ready to make the fixture sets to fit them perfectly for testing on the LAC-2000.
As Jodon continues to update and modify our systems in order to utilize new technological components and to expand the capabilities for our customers, we also offer system upgrade services to our customers. Some minor upgrades can take place on-site, but often the system must be sent back to Jodon where we will spruce it up with the lastest upgrades and send it back ready to continue serving you reliably.
In order to meet the re-calibration requirements of ISO-9001, TS-16949, or others, Jodon provides re-certification services for all of our systems on-site. Jodon does also recommend that all systems are re-certified on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure that the system is running optimally and accurately.
